Article 1 – Scope of General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions fully govern all sales of stays at Ferme de Basseilles. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the establishment and its clients. Each client acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, both for themselves and for any person participating in the stay. In accordance with current law, these general terms and conditions are made available to every client for information purposes before the conclusion of any sales contract for stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment’s headquarters.

Article 2 – Reservation Conditions

2.1 Price and Payment:
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The number of people must not exceed the specified accommodation capacity; otherwise, the operator reserves the right to terminate the contract or adjust the rental price. Reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and upon receipt of the total amount for the stay and booking fees. In all cases, the remaining balance must be received by Ferme de Basseilles no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay. For contracts concluded within 30 days before the stay, the total amount must be paid immediately. For unreported delays, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of written communication, the reservation will be canceled, and the full amount of the reserved services will be charged.

2.2 Reservation Modifications:
No reduction will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

2.3 Cancellation:
Any reservation that is not settled, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, will be canceled. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellation or change 15 days before the stay date: no fees.
• Cancellation or change between 14 and 5 days before the stay date: €40 administrative fee.
• Cancellation less than 5 days before the stay date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• No date changes within 5 days of the stay will be permitted.
• A maximum of two date changes will be accepted.
• In the event of a no-show, Ferme de Basseilles cannot be held responsible, and no refund or compensation will be offered.
• In exceptional weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time. A full refund or date change will then be offered.

2.4 Right of Withdrawal:
Legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal for distance sales as provided by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourism services. Therefore, for any stay booked at Ferme de Basseilles, the client has no right of withdrawal.

2.5 Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, which offers cancellation coverage that allows for a refund of the amounts paid in case of cancellation or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident…).

Article 3 – Stay Procedure

3.1 Arrival and Departure:
Check-in between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:30 a.m.

3.2 Late Departure:
Leaving after 10:30 a.m. will result in a Late Check-out fee (€40) until 12:30 p.m. After 12:30 p.m., an additional night will be charged.

3.3 Internal Rules:
Guests must adhere to our internal rules.

3.4 External Rules:
Guests must also comply with our external rules.

Article 4 – Liability

Ferme de Basseilles disclaims all responsibility for damage suffered by equipment.
